At GLASS POLISH SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
